Use this booking form to reserve a room at the University of Victoria during the Joint RSVP/VSAWC Conference) . Click the Sign Up button on the bottom of the page to make a booking.
Room Rates:
The below conference rates will be available three days prior to and after the conference dates, based on availability:
• Single dormitory room - $50 per room per night
• Twin dormitory room - $59 per room per night
• Four-bedroom Deluxe cluster unit - $229 per unit per night
• Regular double bed apartment - $109 per apartment per night SOLD OUT
• One-bedroom Deluxe apartment - $119 per apartment per night SOLD OUT
Short-term rates are per night, and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, PST, and MRDT).

RSVP/VSAWC conference Booking Deadline: The special rates will be available for reservations booked by June 25, 2018.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
