We are now accepting reservations for the upcoming DHSI.
Use this booking form if you are a registered attendee of the DHSI conference and you would like reserve a dormitory room or a cluster unit (Regular or Deluxe Package) at the University of Victoria. To check availability of a different room type, please contact us at bookings@uvic.ca.
Room Rates:
• Single dormitory room - $50 per room per night
• Twin dormitory room - $59 per room per night
• Regular cluster unit - $209 per unit per night
• Deluxe cluster unit - $229 per unit per night (Sold-out Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9)
• Premium cluster unit - $234 per unit per night
Short-term rates are per night, and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, PST, and MRDT). Rates are offered three days prior to and following the conference, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
